The Great Labor Day Cruise – Costa Mesa
September 4-6, 2015
The Great Labor Day Cruise attracts over 1400 vintage autos, classics and street rods. Not just a car show, it’s a true family event which includes a model car contest, wild wagons display and over 100 vendors for both automobile related and personal related items. This is one of the largest and longest running 3 day events in the nation and one of a few that can offer non-stop cruising around a 1.25 mile cruise route set up at the 150 acre venue.
If you’d like to overnight camp, this event offers 210 camping spaces in 2 different areas of the venue.

International Street Fair – Orange
September 4-6, 2015
International foods, crafts, folk dancing and music. Many different ethnic foods and costume. The Street Fair has become known for the variety of food reflecting cuisine from around the world. They provide food, drink, entertainment and crafts to the visitors.

Street Fair is located in a four-square block area radiating out from the center of the Orange Plaza, which is the intersection of Chapman and Glassell.
Huntington Beach Civil War Days – Huntington Beach
September 5-6, 2015
Battle Times: Sat: 1:30 and 4 PM
Sun: 11 and 2 PM
See a Civil War reenactment with two different battles at Central Park in Huntington Beach. Great fun (plus learn about history!), while you hear The Gettysburg Address reenacted, visit “Reedsburg”, the historic town of civilian folk to learn about daily life in the 19th century and visit each army’s camp to see soldiers prepare for battle and rest up for the next fight.

Pacific Symphony Presents: Tchaikovsky Spectacular – Irvine

The traditional end to Pacific Symphony’s Summer Festival, including the thrilling climax of thundering cannons and spectacular fireworks in Tchaikovsky’s “1812” Overture! Also enjoy some of the most enchanting pieces by favorite Russian composers — including Rachmaninoff’s hugely popular, achingly romantic Piano Concerto No. 2. Gates open at 6 p.m. for picnicking.

Knott’s Berry Farm Labor Day Sunday

Sunday brunch and Sunday night fireworks!
Celebrate Labor Day Sunday by bringing your family to the Knott’s Berry Farm Champagne Brunch, one of the largest buffets in Southern California, between 9:00 AM to 4:00 pm.
