We worked with Trinh Nguyen, I don’t even know where to start. We were looking for a second home and lived almost two hours away; this made our search a little challenging. Trinh went above and beyond to help find us a second home. She would preview a home for us to make sure that it met our criteria and would even face time us if she felt that we would be interested. This helped us streamline our search.
We started to get discouraged; we were out bid a few times, but Trinh, always said we would find the right place and that she was not going to give up, giving us the energy to continue.

Ramez Sairafe was assigned to us to find our new leased home. We met him for the first time in Nov ’25. Our experience with him has been like working with family/close friends. He became our friend.
