DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS – Katie Gould is enthusiastic and eager to assist and provide support to Cesi Pagano and the team of associates. Her degree in Communication from CSU, San Marcos and her strong background in customer service make her a valuable asset to the team. Both our team and clients love Katie’s demeanor, professionalism, and appreciate her commitment to keeping our systems running smoothly day in and day out. Born and raised in Orange County, when not in the office she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband, 2 children, family, and friends.
