In order for Cesi Pagano & Associates to assist you with your new home purchase, we must accompany you on your first visit to the new home community. The Builder will pay the Realtor’s fee. There will not be any additional charges to the buyer and builders do not adjust the purchase price of a home if a Realtor fee is being paid.
