Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Optional: red pepper flakes
- Optional: chopped parsley

Directions:
Begin by seasoning the chicken with salt & pepper. Then cook in olive oil over medium heat, 5-6 minutes per side. Then remove and set aside.
Melt butter in the same pan. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds.
Stir in broth, cream, parmesan & Italian seasoning. Simmer 3-5 minutes.
Return chicken to pan. Spoon sauce over chicken, simmer 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley & serve.
