REALTOR –Having spent almost 30 years helping people love where they live, Valerie has partnered with the premier Orange County real estate team, Cesi Pagano & Associates at Keller Williams, to continue that passion. Having successfully overseen the management of over 150 communities in Orange County, totaling over 50,000 homes, it is Valerie’s life’s work to help people maximize their real estate investments along with finding families their dream homes at any stage of their lives.

A master at contract negotiations, client relations, and strong business acumen, Valerie is committed to meeting her client’s real estate needs. Her vast experience as an executive leader in the community management, construction, and business coaching industries makes her skills a valuable asset for anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Valerie is well known for her high energy, tenacity, thoroughness, and ability to swiftly get the job done personally and through her team.

Valerie has a bachelor’s in Business Administration with a minor in Hospitality from Florida State University. She is a volunteer in her church’s Cancer Outreach Ministry and a volunteer business coach with Executive Coaches of Orange County helping nonprofit leaders develop their leadership skills to achieve greater success in their work.

Valerie enjoys reading, running, yoga, traveling, and pretty much anything outdoors. One of her favorite quotes is, “Success is simple. Do what’s right, the right way, at the right time.”
