BUYER SPECIALIST – Jackie offers a wealth of experience and knowledge in real estate and finance. Born in Denver, Colorado, she graduated from Colorado State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. She was transferred to Southern California in 1991 after completing a management training program with Chrysler Financial. From there, she entered the secondary marketing side of mortgages where she underwrote, bundled and sold pools of mortgage loans to securitize in the secondary markets on Wall Street. As a real estate professional, when working with buyers, she is known for her tough negotiation skills and leaving no stone unturned to find her clients their dream home at the best possible value. When working with Sellers, she works diligently for her clients to assure they are receiving the most value for their investment. Jackie lives in Aliso Viejo and when she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband Tom and their two teenage children.

LISTING SUPPORT – Gordana began her real estate career in 1997. She was born and raised in Southern California and has lived here most of her life except for 9 years where she was fortunate to live abroad in Argentina. Her experience locally and abroad has enriched her knowledge of the real estate market worldwide. She is fluent in 3 languages: English, Serbo-Croatian and Spanish. Since she began her Real Estate career 17 years ago she knew the profession was meant for her. SHORT SALE NEGOTIATOR – Prior to obtaining his broker license, Chris Milonakis ran a highly successful executive staffing firm for over 13 years.  There he was able to hone his negotiation skills, enabling him to become a top notch listing partner and short sale specialist.  With his savvy negotiation skills, high level bank contacts, and relentless work ethic, Chris has closed over 350 short sales to date.  Chris will do whatever it takes to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients, resulting in numerous referrals and repeat clientele.
